K-Gym Hours
The K-Gym is located in Seattle at 2200 First Avenue South, Suite 210.
The gym is open Monday - Friday from 5:30 am until 7:00 pm.

Kinetix coaching hours at the Starbucks Java Gym are 12:00 to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday.
