Over the past decade we have had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented coaches in the fitness industry. If there is one thing we have learned, it's that there is a world of difference between exercise and exercise done right. The Kinetix exercise program has been designed to help change the shape of your body - to help you burn fat while retaining lean muscle. It incorporates both strength training and cardio training and it is very efficient and simple to learn. Plus you can do it from the comfort of your own home or at your local gym facility.

All you will need to get started is an exercise bench, a few dumbbells or resistance bands and a pair of running shoes. You will learn everything you need to know once you receive your Kinetix starter kit. The "exercise" portion of this site also provides a full overview of the weekly workout routine with detailed instructions on each exercise. Don't be surprised if this 30 minute exercise routine quickly becomes your favorite time of the day.
