A beautiful dairy free alternative for a super fast meal or snack.

Ingredients
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup plain soymilk
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop soy protein powder (plain, unswt.)
- 2 teaspoons sliced, unblanched almonds
- 2-4 ice cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia
Instructions
- Add water, soy milk, soy yogurt, fruit, protein powder, almonds, ice cubes, and Stevia to a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Tips
- Feel free to try different fruits. Choose 1/2 a cup from the following to make it your signature smoothie: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries,or sliced peaches. You can sunbstitute ground flaxseed for the almonds. Choose a soy protein powder that has 20-22 grams of protein per scoop.

- This portion is smaller than the rest of the smoothies but delicious. I ran out of cottage cheese and this is a good alternate and very creamy!

- What is stevia??? And where can I buy it? Is there a substitute for this?

- The was SOY good (ha. sorry. I couldn't help myself). But I dig dairy free smoothie, and this was right up my alley, and I'm totally satisfied.
