  1. Add water, soy milk, soy yogurt, fruit, protein powder, almonds, ice cubes, and Stevia to a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

  • This portion is smaller than the rest of the smoothies but delicious. I ran out of cottage cheese and this is a good alternate and very creamy!

  • The was SOY good (ha. sorry. I couldn't help myself). But I dig dairy free smoothie, and this was right up my alley, and I'm totally satisfied.
