One of our most popular smoothies with a full serving of fruit!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 Kinetix Vanilla Bean Shake Mix-packet
- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 banana
- 1 peach, sliced
- 2 teaspoon sliced almonds
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the above ingredients and mix until smooth (about 1 minute).
Tips
- For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana and peach before adding it to the blender.

- I'm just wondering, if I don't have peaches, could I try other fruit, such as apples, nectarines or what ever else is in season?

- This shake was really really really filling. But it tasted great. I recommend freezing the fruit a bit to give the shake a better texture. :)
