Instant Oatmeal and Eggs

Instructions

  1. Spray a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray. Add the egg beaters and veggie pattie in the bowl. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until the eggs are no longer runny. Season with salt and pepper and salsa or hot pepper sauce and mix until scrambled together.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the instant oatmeal as directed on the package. Add the milk, cinnamon and Splenda as desired.

  • I am a SBUX employee who regularly opens the store at 5:30am. This is an easy breakfast for me. I take the egg beaters and meatless pattie to work. The book nicely in the microwave. Best part is we already have the oatmeal at work and it is free. This is not my favorite but it works early in the morning, and is easy.
