Kinetix Programs

Kinetix has three programs to meet your fitness and nutrition needs. For more information about each program, please contact a K-Coach.

Basic Program

The Kinetix Basic Program is designed to change the shape of your body. When you follow this 8-week program, you can lose body fat while retaining lean body mass. You will learn the basics, develop healthy habits and transform your body.

Performance Program

The goals of the Kinetix Performance Program are to decrease body fat and increase lean muscle mass, muscular tone, and strength. This program is ideal for those who have completed the Kinetix Basic Program and are now ready for a new challenge.

Endurance Program

Developed for the endurance athlete gearing up for the next big event, this program is designed to increase both cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance while retaining lean body mass. If you're not an endurance athlete, this program will work for any participant who has completed the Kinetix Basic Program and wants to take their cardiovascular fitness to the next level.
