Cardio Exercises
The Kinetix program is designed to ensure you burn the most fat while retaining lean muscle tissue. In order to do this, our cardio training requires you to stay within your Target Heart Rate for the duration of your workout.
30 Minutes - 3x/Week
Cardio training means thirty minutes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You will need a heart rate monitor to ensure that you are staying within your Target Heart Rate.
The routine is simple:
| Start: | 2 minutes warm up | |
| Maintain: | 26 minutes within your Target Heart Rate | |
| Finish: | 2 minute cool down |
Choose from any of the following cardio exercises
- Treadmill or outdoor jog
- Elliptical machine
- Stair climber
- Swimming
- Stationary or outdoor bike
