A: You can always follow the recommendations on our Dining Out Guide and choose from a number of quick service options that are K-Balanced.
Because we do not know the complete nutrition information for all restaurant menus it is almost impossible to know if a particular menu item is K-Balanced.
We encourage you to enjoy your dining out experiences as Free Targets up to twice a week.
