A: It’s important to have a suitable range of adjustable weights to achieve your best results. Then you’re able to change the weights between exercises and sets, so you will find the end of each set challenging. If you’re temporarily limited in your selection of weights, always err on the lighter side rather than using too-heavy weights, which sacrifices form and risks injury. When using light weights, slow down the speed of your reps and really work on form.
