A: Maintaining a lean, toned body can be accomplished with as little as 4 hours total per week. If you are ready to graduate to the next level, you can follow the Kinetix Performance Program; you will maintain your goal and feel great. The program calls for 20 minutes of strength exercises, followed by 20 minutes of cardio exercises, six days a week. Ask a K-Coach for more information when you are ready to take it to the next level.
