1.The Start
Lie on a flat bench with your feet firmly planted on the floor.
Make sure your hips, shoulders and head remain flat against the bench throughout the duration of the exercise.
Hold two dumbbells directly over your eyes, palms facing each other.

2.The Movement
Keeping your upper arms perpendicular to the floor, bend your elbows and slowly lower the weights to the side of your head.
Pause briefly, then return to the starting position bringing the elbows to full extention.

Watch your form!
Keep your elbows pointing straight up; don't let them flare to the sides, forward or backward.
