1.The Start
Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, back straight and abs tight.
Hold two dumbbells at your sides, slightly in front of your thighs, palms facing forward.

2.The Movement
Curl both dumbbells up by bending at the elbows, keeping your upper arms at your sides.
Squeeze for a split second, then slowly return to the start position.

Watch your form!
Make sure to use your Biceps not your shoulders to do the lifting!
