1.The Start
Set the bench and seat at the 3rd notch. (or 30 degree adjustment).
Hold the two dumbbells at your sides, palms facing each other.

2.The Movement
Keeping your palms facing each other, curl both dumbbells up by bending at the elbows, keeping your upper arms at your sides.
Hold for a split second, then slowly return to the start position.

Watch your form!
Hold your wrists in a neutral position throughout the exercise, don't let them sag.
