Kinetix Cook of the MonthJulie Stewart has been working the numbers for years. As a manager of Finance with Regence, owner of a movie theater (with babysitting and beer!) and an active mother of two, staying K-Balanced (40|40|20) was just another number to crunch. And we're happy she did! Her yummy, K-balanced, Mediterranean Chicken has just a handful of ingredients and comes together in 30 minutes. "My new love is Mediterranean cooking. I love how simple yet nutritious the food is. We have two kids Grace 7 and Bobby 4. They really love the Kinetix recipes, which is great because they are very picky eaters! I love cooking because I love the comfort and "homey-ness" it provides. I also love to hear people say 'Wow! This is so good!' Some of her favorites? Chipotle Turkey Sandwich, and the classic Burger and Sweet Potato Fries.
