Meet Our Kinetix Cook of the Month!

Marisa Tomlinson hails from Nebraska and is a busy mother of 3 boys. We love that she still finds the time to whip up some delicious K-Balanced recipes! Her Gingerbread Pudding takes the best of Kinetix gingerbread and combines it with delicious apples and rich custard.

Marisa has recently returned to her vegetarian roots-
"Since reclaiming my vegetarian roots last November I've been loving Kinetix even more. Making sure you're getting enough protein is a common problem for vegetarians. With Kinetix, I have no worries! 40-40-20 is rockin' for me. I've really been into the breakfast foods lately for some reason. I'm making simple pancakes and the ever-popular cinnamon oatcakes a lot. I'm a huge fan of the veggie chili too. I made a big pot of it this week and it's been my lunch every day!"
